June 1994 The Company was originally established as Okano Hightech Co., Ltd. by splitting from and acquiring the relevant operation and management rights from Okano Electricity Co., Ltd.
June 1996 Manufacture and release of the SX-900 non-contact electric inspection system began.
October 1996 Its head office was moved to the current premises.
December 1997 The Ministry of International Trade and Industry (currently Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry after reorganization) of Japan recognized the Company as an eligible company under the Law for the Promotion of New Business Creation.
February 1998 Manufacture and release of the SX750 non-contact electric inspection system began.
July 1998 Its registered name was changed to OHT Inc.
September 2000 Manufacture and release of the Flash Shock non-contact electric inspection system began.
October 2001 Manufacture and release of the GX-3 non-contact electric inspection system began.
March 2003 The Company was awarded the Prize of Director-General of the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency by National Forum on Entreprneurship and Venture Business.
May 2003 An optional function to inspect electric resistance was added to GX-3.
October 2003 The Tokyo office moved to the current premises.
December 2003 OHT(SHANGHAI) Incorporation. was established as an overseas subsidiary in Shanghai, China.
April 2004 OUTSTANDING HIGH TECHNOLOGIES Inc. was established as an overseas subsidiary in Taiwan.
June 2004 Started a new business for the PWB production equipment.
June 2004 Started manufacturing/sales of Non-contact "Harness Tester".
March 2006 A New-type non-contact electric inspection system,"ELF",was added as an optional function to GX-3.
January 2010 The Tokyo office moved to the current premises.
April 2012 Investment from Hiroshima Innovation Network Inc.
June 2014 The Company acquired UNION ARROW TECHNOLOGIES INC. as a subsidiary.
April 2016 Shareholders changed into V-Technology Co., Ltd. and TANAKA ELECTRIC INDUSTRIES CO.,LTD.
February 2017 SX-750SUPERmini non-contact electric inspection system was developed.
November 2017 Acquired MRAM prober business from TOHOKU STEEL CO.,LTD.
December 2018 100% ownership was acquired by V-Technology Co., Ltd.(Listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange).
January 2019 EPIS was co-developed with Tohoku university.
June 2019 Tokyo New Business Center opened.
